All cutouts are cut from plywood sheets- Undercoated and pained with exterior black house paint. Design is painted in exterior latex - to withstand weather, and sprinklers. All Ghosts have Neon Highlights. The effect works using both a normal spot light along with a UV Black Light Strobe.
Includes metal brackets and screws

Shipping from United States
We offer shipping to the United States. We use UPS ground and all items ship within 4 to 6 weeks of the order being placed. We do not ship rebar steaks for the lawn do to length and weight.
Refunds
All orders are made to order. All orders are final, and refunds will only be issued when completed set sells.

Wood supplies are harder to secure. I work hard to keep wood stocks up and the wood shortages have caused some delays in product ship dates.

Are these paintings sealed?
Our custom cutouts are painted using exterior house paint. We coat the entire product in black exterior house paint and then the design is painted using exterior house paint. Which protects against rain, sprinklers and sun. We have had customer use these for over 10 years and counting.
How do they stand up?
I supply brackets that will slide over rebar. Rebar is not included and can be purchased at any home improvement store. We use 6ft and 4 ft length for all our cutouts.

These are large size cutouts to make your yard stand out. All packing boxes and material generally comes to $35 before the shipping charges that run between $150-$189 per set.
We do not make money on shipping. In fact most orders i lose $20-$30 so I can keep the price of shipping down -

I am very late posting this review, but our Haunted Mansion yard decor was a MAJOR hit during the Halloween season!! The seller was great to work with and I could tell a lot of time and effort was put into the product. Definitely worth getting!

In 10 days it will have been 3 months since I have purchased this set of lawn decorations BUT I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE IT! I did get an email stating that he couldn't get it out to me before Halloween. I emailed back that it was no big deal and that I understand and for him to go ahead and make it and ship it to me and that I would have for next year and for the future. But being 3 months later and we are still waiting for it I am being honest hear.......I really can't review the item considering I spent over $500 bucks for it and still haven't recieved it after 80 days.
